"And the Coral Hotel next to it is a hotel. They all check in in the Coral Hotel lobby. It takes3-5 minutes to walk from the Coral Hotel. When checking in and checking out, you can find the hotel staff to drive an electric delivery.
The lawn at the entrance of the hotel was full of kangaroos until about the evening.
I set a big bed room, the room is not big, there is no view outside the window, the advantage is that you can cook, the kitchen utensils are complete, there is a supermarket near the pier for 10 minutes, you can buy vegetables and meat to cook, saving my Chinese stomach."
"There is a large swimming pool downstairs of the hotel. You can also walk to the nearby club in five minutes. There are also several outdoor swimming pools and indoor recreational facilities on Catseye Beach. Guests staying in the hotel can borrow catamarans, boats, SUPs and snorkeling masks for free. Active parrots and kangaroos can be seen everywhere. We booked three coral view rooms, each 65 square meters, each with two double beds, and the bathroom is also spacious, with a bathtub, shower room and toilet room with a door. I asked the hotel for a microwave and it was delivered immediately. I had dinner at the Pool Side restaurant inside the hotel. The taste was okay. Children under 12 years old are free, and the cost for eight people is $360. There is no free late check-out, and you need to pay $50 per room per hour. It is suitable for tourists who do not need to cook for themselves."

"The hotel has a beautiful environment and picturesque scenery. There are sea views of the island outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel is fully equipped with cooking utensils. The supermarket on the island is rich in goods and the restaurants are unique. There are the most convenient and free transportation buses on the island, as well as golf carts for rent, so you can drive around anywhere on the island."
"The relatively high-end resort hotel on Hamilton Island is a two-story beachfront vacation home, opposite the reef view hotel (high-rise). The room is not very big, but it faces the sea and the scenery is beautiful. The hotel will provide airport and pier transfers. After the transfer, the front desk staff will explain the check-in one-to-one in English. Breakfast is Western-style. You can eat downstairs or in the room. It is a very Western-style breakfast made to order. The portion is large and sufficient. Breakfast time is from 6 to 10:30 in the morning. There is an outdoor swimming pool (soaking pool) on the first floor facing the sea, with an exclusive beach. The hotel is very close to a place where you can rent golf carts (buggy). It is recommended to book in advance. Buggy is very popular during the popular season. Generally speaking, the hotel is a relatively high-end hotel on Hamilton Island. The check-in experience is good, but the cost performance is lower than that of the high-rise hotels opposite. It is suitable for honeymoon couples. Most of the tourists are white and there are very few Asians."
"After reading very mixed reviews, we went ahead and booked it. The result: very mixed feelings.
The location was beautiful, the sights breathtaking, the animals adorable, but when it came to actually spending time there, there wasn’t much to do.
We arrived on a later ferry so we knew we wouldn’t have much time to enjoy the sun after arrival, however because of a mix up, our suitcases went missing for an hour making us miss any chance of getting in the pool while it was hot out.
After, we went for dinner. There are only 2 restaurants available, and without making a reservation before hand, it’s a bit hard to go when you want. The food was ok, but expensive as one would expect from a place like this. Once dinner was finished, the evening entertainment (Alice in Wonderland screening) was already underway and we found ourselves with nothing to do at 9pm.
Early night for us.
The following day we planned a day of snorkelling, stingray feeding and kayaking.
We appreciated the free snorkel gear as well as the clear safety instructions and recommendations of the lifeguard. The sting Ray feeding experience was amazing and it was clear the staff knew what they were talking about and were passionate about the animals.
Kayaking and other water sports were cancelled however because of the high winds, leaving us, once again, with nothing to do. Early dinner (very entertaining moment with wallabies attempting to steal our food and being super cuddly), a walk around the beach, movie in the room, and early bedtime.
So all in all, beautiful location with great experiences of the weather allow, make sure to bring some entertainment if the water is too cold to swim in the pool or the weather turns sour. Maybe a book or some board games?
Also: if you want food in the late afternoon, make sure you bring some snacks as there is a limited selection available."
